Tasting notes :

  • Nose: dry and mineral, very slightly smoky. Lemon mandarin hint.
  • Palate: very smooth on the palate, with an extremely supple texture. The minerality is accompanied by undergrowth and cucumber water flavors. The finish is slightly salty.

A very successful espadin ‘mezcal’ characteristic of its terroir.

Shipped by sail mezcal by Blue Schooner Company during the 2023 campaign of our ship Gallant.
